 SHIPPING TERMS

  • Some distinations may require a medical prescreption document.
  • Prescription should have your complete full name.
  • Prescription must be signed and stamped by the examining optometrist, therapeutic optometrist or physician.
  • Prescription must have the equivalent in spherical power (bc our lens is spherical)
  • Prescription should have Issuance & Expiry Date.
  • Prescription should have the name, postal code, phone number of the eye care prescriber.
  • The purchaser must provide the prescription if requested by the Customs Department of the purchaser’s country.
  • In case the prescription was not provided, Bella Contact Lenses Company is not responsible for the loss or return of the shipment, nor responsible for recovering the price of the shipment.

 

REWARD POINTS POLICY

  • The reward points are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Products purchased by reward points cannot be refunded nor exchanged.
  • We are not responsible if the reward points misused or expired and no refund will be provided in these circumstances.
  • The reward points is Valid For 180 days.
  • The reward points availabe only for registered users.

 

GIFT CARD POLICY

  • This Gift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • This Gift Card is not applicable for Resale.
  • Products purchased by Gift Card cannot be refunded nor exchanged.
  • We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is stolen or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
  • This gift Card is not accepted if tampered with.
  • This Gift Card is Valid For 1 Year from the date of activation.

DELIVERY POLICY

  • Local orders ( In Kuwait ) to be delivered free of charge within 24 hours except Friday & Public holidays.
  • GCC orders to be shipped within 3-6 working days.
  • Global orders to be shipped within 4-8 working days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to quality issues /wrong orders

  • Please check the items whether they are damaged before you open them.
  • Bella Color Contact Lenses will accept to exchange any product wrongly sent and bear all handling, tax/VAT, shipping costs and custom charges regardless the location that was sent to originally.
  • Bella Color Contact Lenses do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
  • Please do not throw products or its packages before the issue is resolved.
  • Quality problems (ripped, damaged products, incomplete, shriveled, etc.) of the product are found please contact us through the live chat and fill up a complain request.
  • Bella Color Contact Lenses accept to exchange products with another if the request is placed within 15 days from the date of invoice and if all other terms & conditions are met.
  • Bella Color Contact Lenses will bear all handling, tax/VAT, shipping costs and custom charges regardless the location if/when Bella Color Contact Lenses has agreed to the exchange.
  • Bella Color Contact Lenses preserve the right to retrieve the products from the customer by a third-party courier company which you will be notified by customer support.

  • Upon receiving the return & exchange request by our customer support and thoroughly inspect the pictures you have provided; the customer support will contact you accordingly.
  • Upon physically receiving the returned products for exchange, the customer support will notify you regarding the exchange procedures and handling charges.
  • Customers will bear all handling, tax/Vat, custom charges, and shipping costs regardless the location should Bella Color Contact Lenses has agreed to the exchange.
  • Ripped, damaged products, incomplete, shriveled, etc. of the product will not be applicable for the exchange should you provide evidence otherwise.
  • Should you request an exchange of products during the processing of your online order and not shipped yet, Bella Color Contact Lenses will proceed with the exchange immediately. Our customer support will notify you accordingly after receiving your online exchange request.
  • Bella Color Contact Lenses will not be responsible if returned products are damaged or in altered conditions after you have provided all the evidence that it was sent in original condition.
  • Bella Color Contact Lenses preserve the right to reject any product exchange in the case of promotions. Applicable to the purchase of products that include additional products.
  • Bella Color Contact Lenses will not be responsible for the courier company that the customer chooses to use for the return of the order.

  • Bella Color Contact Lenses accept to refund the full amount paid by the customer and bear all handling, tax/VAT, custom charges, and shipping costs regardless the location should the customer request a full refund. Our customer support will notify you regarding the refund procedures.
  • Bella Color Contact Lenses preserve the right to retrieve the products from the customer by a third-party courier company which you will be notified by Bella customer support.

  • Bella Color Contact Lenses shall preserve the right to charge the amount of 0.500 Fills handling fees for refunds by debit cards and 3% from the total invoice by credit cards
  • For Kuwait customers an additional amount of KD 1.500 (One Kuwaiti Dinar, Five Hundred Fills.) will be added for delivery.

 

Return and Exchange Tips

  • Bella Color Contact Lenses always recommend checking the packages appearance, including the brand markings and any unique details, serial numbers and QR codes.
  • Bella Color Contact Lenses recommend that customers request their courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has safely delivered the products to Bella Color Contact Lenses stores.
  • Please do not seal the product when returning it and carefully hand it over to the shipping service company of your choice and let them handle the packing.
  • If Bella Color Contact Lenses quality control found out that returned products appears not to be genuine, we will refuse the exchange and suspend the customer from the system and escalate it through the legal channels for further actions.
